Hi Bud:
If I haven't said it already CONGRATULATIONS on your decision to enter the good life. And yes, you will wonder about how time has suddenly become shorter, at least when measured by how much you seem to get done compared to what you want to get done. Been reading your stuff. Good nap trick. I use the method where you sit in a chair and hold a pencil over the arm of the chair. When you get into the deep sleep, you drop the pencil and that wakes you up. I know it sounds silly, but it really does work, and you do feel refreshed. Now, knowing this, you can save at least 18 of the 20 minutes you previously spent oversleeping.
